Relevant national authorities are fully involved and committed to the project:
In Italy, the Ministry of Labour Affairs and Social Policies has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Caritas Italiana and will reserve quotas under existing programs of job placement.
In Ireland, the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth (DCEDIY) will match the funded quota for Irish partners with its own budget.
In Belgium, the Federal Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (Fedasil), the entity responsible for resettlement and community sponsorship in Belgium, is a project partner.
EU-Passworld officially started in January 2022 and will end in December 2024.
